Our Approach to Treating Chronic Pain

Through our interdisciplinary chronic pain program, we help patients manage their chronic pain via therapy, skilled treatment and education. Our program offers a supportive, challenging, active-care rehabilitation environment for patients ¡ª the gold standard in the treatment of chronic pain.

In our program, you will learn to manage chronic pain ¡ª and discover a path to relief.

  • We treat a variety of different diagnoses on an outpatient basis, including chronic low back pain, fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), hypermobility conditions, arthritis pain and many more.
  • Our interdisciplinary care team ¡ª including doctors, psychologistsphysical therapists and occupational therapists ¡ª provide evidence-based therapies and interventions that help to improve your physical and emotional well-being.
  • Our techniques include sleep modification; pacing strategies; strength and endurance training; and relaxation and mindfulness strategies ¡ª all designed to reduce your pain, enhance your function and minimize the use of medications.
  • Best of all, our patients report improved outcomes, including a reduction in pain, improved physical function and mood, enhanced ability to cope with pain, and better management of flare-ups. Further, 95% of patients seen in our Pain Management Center recommend our services to others.
